GooglePMOWatch: Liveblogging the PM's YouTube social media experimentation/ Q&A fest!

Seeing as we were going to watch it at home anyway, I and Inside Politics colleagues McGregor, Davidson and Hicks plan to convene online just before 7 p.m. ET for a quasi-liveblog/virtual gabfest during the PM's big YouTube debut.

  • A spokesperson for Google Canada -- which is sponsoring the event -- says Google picked some questions among the most popular ones, which everyone can already see on the YouTube website.
  • The PMO won't see the short list of questions and won't be vetting the questions.
  • Despite PMO spokesman Dimitri Soudas continuing to say the length of the virtual Q&A is to be determined, the folks at Google  say it will be about 30 minutes long and will not be edited.
(Disclaimer: The CBC is not responsible for the external content of the Q&A session and has not submitted questions to the event)

Come one! Come all! Bring friends and snacks!
