As noted in today's OotD, after months of prorogation-related delays and an unexpectedly rancorous start to the new session, the Special Committee on the Canadian Mission in Afghanistan will officially relaunch its investigation into the treatment of Afghan detainees with an appearance by Amnesty International legal counsel Paul Champ.
