UPDATED: Virtual Liveblog: The Prime Minister in Davos
- January 28, 2010 10:57 AM |
- By Kady O'Malley
As promised, I'm virtually liveblogging the PM's "special message" at the World Economic Forum in Davos -- and if you work in one of those unenlightened offices that deprive employees of the warming glow of the cathode tube, and if it won't drive your officemates crazy, you can watch his full speech. I assume they'll be running the PM's post-speech participation in a multi-leader panel on governance, but I'll keep you posted.
UPDATE: Okay, it turns out I wasn't the only one who was struck by the prime minister's musings on advisors and pollsters telling you to "do bad policy in the name of good communications." Colleague McGregor has the full quote, plus a response from PMO communications on exactly what he meant by that.
