Safety is no game, prime minister...

The prime minister sure looked commander-in-chief-y sitting on the bow of a military launch speeding to the HMCS Quebec, at anchor off Trinidad.
Stephen Harper wore a suit and tie, the probable result of a schedule too packed to change.
The two sailors that sat beside him were in their work dress, augmented -- as is the navy rule aboard small craft -- with life preservers.
Here's a warning for the PM (with a tip of the hat to "Safety is no game" -- the federal government's national boating safety campaign):
"Your lifejacket or personal flotation device (PFD) works best when
worn -- wear it! About 90 per cent of all drowning victims in recreational boating
incidents were not wearing their lifejacket or PFD."
Of course, the PM wasn't the only one aboard out of uniform, as it were.
It appears every member of Harper's entourage was also without a flotation device.
