MICRO-NANO-RECAP UPDATE: Hey everybody, guess who says the whole idea of a terrorist-wielded dirty bomb is based on junk science? Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission chair Michael Binder, that's who. Doesn't that make you feel safer?
