Amnesty International's letter

Amnesty International and the B.C. Civil Liberties Association are calling for a full public inquiry into the alleged torture of Afghan prisoners that Canadian soldiers turned over to local authorities.
Following their news conference on Parliament Hill this morning, they released this letter to Prime Minister Harper.
