... so let's all frantically hit refresh together, in hope that it will inspire speedy posting to the Canadian Firearms Program website.
Hurray! It's up! Although according to @rosiebarton, it's not exactly a thrilling read. Still, since we -- we-the-media, that is -- made such a fuss over the minister not tabling it until the last possible second, it only seems right to make at least a little deal over its release.
