Jeh Custer appeared on Power & Politics with Evan Solomon again today. And the protesters gave the CBC this video.
The protest yesterday raised some questions about the tactics involved. I'm posting the new video alongside the videos I posted previously. You can watch and make up your own mind.
The protesters' video comes first in the timeline. It's shot inside Parliament, while they were detained by House of Commons security.
Then they went outside, and were escorted off the Hill by security. That's when this raw video was shot. This video is the source of the screen captures in circulation today.
After that, Custer was interviewed by Evan Solomon on Power & Politics.
CBC Radio's James Cudmore did some more work on this story today. He filed this report for the World at Six tonight:
The protest inside Parliament that interrupted question period yesterday appears to have been led by a small group of professional activists.
At least four of those at the centre of the action belong to enviornmental organizations and have a history of participating in, or organizing, left-wing protests.
The man who acted as a spokesperson for the demonstrators also sits on the board of an NDP MP's riding association.
And now, there are also questions about blood one protester said was the result of violence by House of Commons security.
The CBC's James Cudmore has more from Ottawa.
