Fitness: How do you prefer to work out?

A new outdoor fitness park in Calgary may be the gym alternative that residents need to boost their physical activity. The facility is open to the public 24 hours a day, all year round, at no cost, and it has 11 vandal- and weather-proof exercise stations.
Eric Daniel, a representative for the Playground Guys, the company behind the park claims the setup is a great option for people intimidated by traditional gyms.
"There are a lot of people who are afraid to go to gyms," said Daniel. "They're afraid of, you know, you gotta wear certain clothes, you gotta be in a certain shape already to go to the gym."
