Heat wave: Share your tips for beating the heat

Public health officials in Ontario and Quebec are urging people to keep cool as scorching temperatures continue, with no relief expected until Friday.
Temperatures in southern Ontario and Quebec are expected to be in the low to mid-30s C range Thursday, although with the humidity it will feel more like the low 40s.
Dr. Vera Etches, Ottawa's associate medical officer of health, said teams of nurses headed out Tuesday to check on residents in local buildings three storeys or taller that do not have air conditioning.
