Canada’s electronic spy agency has developed an arsenal of cyberwarfare tools that include such capabilitiies as hacking into computer networks for espionage and launching destructive attacks, documents obtained by CBC News show.
A 2011 presentation by the Communications Security Establishment lists 32 such cyber tactics. It's unclear whether they are actively used or in development. You can read about some of these CSE tactics below.
