Learning about treaty No. 9

Attawapiskat Chief Theresa Spence has undertaken a hunger strike in an attempt to have Treaty No. 9 honoured. That's the document signed more than 100 years ago by communities on the James Bay Coast. We spoke with Nipissing University professor John Long who wrote a book about the treaty to find out more about it.
