'Confidential List' form

CBC News has obtained a "Confidential List" form from 1983 that used by the Canadian Boy Scouts movement when a person was deemed "unsuitable" to be a leader with the organization. Among the reasons for including someone on the list were "sexual perversion," immorality and gross misconduct.

Scouts Canada says “sexual perversion” was a term used at the time not only to refer to child sex abuse, but also homosexuality and adultery. The organization says its current “termination form” uses different language. CBC News redacted personal information from the form below.
