"It was an awesome ride," said Indigenous Rock the Vote organizer Sylvia Boudreau on Monday night, after the election results showed a Liberal majority.

Forbes, Jackie Traverse and Sylvia Sylvia Boudreau are part of the Indigenous Rock the Vote movement. They have spent countless hours in the last months — on Winnipeg streets and on Manitoba reserves — convincing indigenous people to get out to the polls and vote for change.
