One Manitoba health region may have continued to use a defibrillator that was identified as having faulty batteries.
As CBC News reported on Tuesday, more than one-third of Manitoba paramedics who took part in a survey said they have been pressured to use equipment that may have been faulty.
Management at North Eastman Health Association were aware of a paramedic's concerns with using defibrillator batteries that were marked as defective, but the device in question was still being used, according to concerned paramedics.
