The City of Toronto will open 10 H1N1 vaccination clinics in November. (Canadian Press)The City of Toronto has revealed 10 locations where residents will be able to get H1N1 influenza vaccinations.
The swine flu clinics will be spread across the city and swing into operation on Monday, Nov. 2.
"Immunizing a city the size of Toronto is an enormous undertaking requiring the co-operation, support and hard work of hundreds of city employees," the Public Health Department said in a release.
The clinics are expected to stay open for six weeks.
The city hopes close to a million people will receive the shot.
Earlier this week, Dr. David McKeown, Toronto's medical officer of health, reported 45 cases of H1N1 in Toronto since the beginning of September.
Nine people have been treated in hospital, but there have been no deaths in Toronto.
