- Children's Little Remedies for Fevers - Cherry, DIN 02385198, 160 mg/5 mL strength.

- Infant's Little Remedies for Fevers - Grape, DIN 02385171, 80 mg/mL strength.
Prestige Brands, which manufactures the final products, is voluntarily recalling all of the affected products.
Health Canada said that during a recent inspection by the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines and Healthcare (EDQM) of Changshu Huagang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in China, the EDQM identified concerns with the manufacturer’s practices and potential microbial and/or environmental contamination due to unsanitary conditions at the manufacturing facility.
Health Canada said the recall was being done as a precaution only, and that, as of Thursday, it had not received any reports of adverse reactions associated with these products
