Played a role in the creation of the Yukon's new Municipal Act. Former executive director of the Association of Yukon Communities.

Community Activities: Involved with the Canadian Cancer Society, the Anti-Poverty Coalition, the Yukon Arts Centre, the Heart and Stroke Fund and the Association franco-yukonnaise. Served as president of the Yukon chapter of the United Way, Yukon Learn and the Skookum Jim Friendship Centre, and as a board member of the Miles Canyon Historic Railway Society, the Yukon Science Project and the Commissioner's Potlatch.
