Community Activities: Crisis intervention volunteer with the Barrie Rape Crisis Centre and a volunteer with the Barrie Literacy council. In 1992, she walked through Simcoe County to raise money for and awareness about violence against women and children, and has helped raise funds for the Angus Food Bank.
