Then served as project manager for Carmel, Fyen, Jacques Consulting Engineers from 1965 to 1978, the Ministry of Public Works and Supply from 1980 to 1984, and the Quebec Lands Corporation from 1984 to 2004.
Community Activities: Served as president of the Laval United Way in 1978 and the Laval Regional Gymnastics Association from 1985 to 1987. Also served on the board of directors of Cité de la Santé de Laval from 1981 to 1986.

He is the founder and publisher of the first French-language magazine dedicated to organizational governance, and has given several training seminars about leadership and governance. He currently manages a company specializing in the import-export trade.
Community Activities: Is a member of the International Research Group in Financial and Fiduciary Ethics.
