Windsor's unemployment rate fell in October and stands at nine per cent.

It went from 9.2 per cent in September to nine per cent in October.

Windsor's jobless rate is still second-highest among major Canadian cities, behind only Saint John, NB.

Nationally, 13,000 jobs were created in October. The unemployment rate held steady at 6.9 per cent.
