Windsor police are looking for help after a stolen truck was involved in a hit and run over the weekend.

Windsor Police are looking for help after a stolen truck was involved in a hit and run over the weekend.

At around 3 p.m. Sunday a Ford Focus was travelling north on Langlois Avenue near Cataraqui Street when it hit a 2001 Dodge Ram pickup that ran a stop sign, according to police.

The pickup then sped away from the scene.

A Dodge Ram with damage consistent with Sunday’s collision was found in Windsor’s east end early Monday morning.

Police say  the truck was reported stolen from the 3400 block of Harris Street on Aug. 24.

The driver of the truck is described as a white male, around 30 years old, with short blonde hair.
