Windsor, Ont., can no longer claim the dubious distinction of having the highest jobless rate in the country.

It plunged from 10.6 per cent in May to 9.2 per cent in June.

Windsor now ranks third for unemployment, below Peterborough and Oshawa.

Nationally, the unemployment rate went unchanged, at 7.4 per cent.
