Tornado watch ends for Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent
Environment Canada said storm was 'dangerous and potentially life-threatening'
A Tornado watch issued for Windsor and Essex County and Chatham-Kent has ended.
Conditions were favourable for severe thunderstorms that could produce tornadoes, according to Environment Canada in a bulletin issued at 5:42 p.m.
Some residents took photos of what appear to be small tornadoes, but the national weather agency has yet to confirm if a twister actually touched down.
