Ontario man hits dog sled team with pickup in Michigan
One dog is dead, no charges laid in what police called an accident

Police in Michigan say no citations will be issued after an Ontario man driving a pickup truck struck a dog team competing in a sled dog race.
One sled dog is dead and two are injured following the Sunday morning crash.
The Mining Journal of Marquette reports state police determined the crash involving the team of Frank Moe, of Bemidji, Minn., was an accident.
Police say the pickup driver slowed and had the right of way but was unable to avoid the dogs on M-28 in Alger County.
The Upper Peninsula Sled Dog Association says Moe saw the truck but was unable to stop in time.
Police did not release the name or hometown of the 65-year-old pickup driver.
The 385-kilometre U.P. 200 race in Michigan's Upper Peninsula started Friday in Marquette and ended Sunday.
