Windsor's jobless rate improves to 9.7%

The City of Roses was known to many as the unemployment capital of Canada, but that title has been relinquished to Saint John as Windsor's jobless rate improves.
Windsor's jobless rate fell to 9.7 per cent in January from 10.4 per cent in December.
Windsor ranked third, just behind Peterborough, Ont.
Canada's unemployment rate slipped slightly to seven per cent.
