Police said a man in his early 20s was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in the cheek with a screwdriver Monday. (CBC)
Police are still searching for a suspect after a stabbing in downtown Windsor.
Windsor police are looking for a 23-year-old. The suspect is described as a white man, standing 5-11, skinny with short brown hair and was wearing a white t-shirt.
Police said a 27-year-old man was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in the cheek with a screwdriver on Monday.
The weapon has not been recovered, police said.
It happened shortly before 6 p.m. in front of the Salvation Army building on Church Street.
Officers quickly surrounded the building and searched the neighbourhood.
Windsor police said the suspect and the victim know each other.
