Two Windsor Police cruisers were damaged by suspected drunk drivers on the weekend.

The first crash happened on Curry Avenue just before 8 a.m. Saturday.

Officers were investigating a break-in when a car sideswiped the parked cruiser and continued on. One of the officers jumped in the cruiser and pulled over the driver.

A 24-year-old man is facing an impaired driving charge.

Then, early Sunday morning, a cruiser was turning on Ferry Street downtown when a parked car accelerated and hit it.

A 40-year-old man is also charged with impaired driving.

No one was hurt in either incident.
