Shots rang out on the 800 block of Randolph Avenue around 4:15 a.m.

Residents told police they heard three shots.

Officers searched the area and found damage to a white Chevrolet Malibu parked on the street.

Police believe a bullet flattened one of the tires.

"This incident does not appear to be a random act," police said in a media release.

They do not have any suspects or witnesses.
