Windsor Police are searching for the driver of a grey minivan after a Tim Horton's employee allegedly had her foot run over in the Tim's parking lot.

Windsor Police are searching for the driver of a grey minivan after a Tim Horton's employee allegedly had her foot run over in the Tim's parking lot.

Police were called Wednesday to the Tim Hortons at 7852 Wyandotte St. E. shortly after 2 p.m.

Police said the incident, which was caught on surveillance video, happened after the employee threw out trash in a garbage bin behind the coffee shop.

The employee suffered bruising and tissue damage to her foot, police added.

The van stopped immediately after the alleged incident and remained idle until the employee walked back inside Tim Hortons.
