The Windsor Police Service has posted surveillance video it says shows three gunshots being fired from a moving car.
Police say the incident happened Tuesday at 1:15 a.m. in the area of Niagara Street and Elsmere Street.
The video shows what police call "three muzzle flashes coming from the passenger side of the first vehicle as it approaches the intersection."
A second car is following closely behind.
Police were called and found three brass casings but were unable to find any damage in the area.
Police say this is the third shooting in a month's time.
Police have investigated shootings on Dec. 27 in the area of Rooney Street and McKay Avenue and on Jan. 21 in the 800 block of Randolph Avenue.
The Windsor Police Services major crimes branch is investigating all three incidents and is asking anyone with information to call police or Crime Stoppers.
