A possible strike at Caesars Windsor is two days away.

The deadline is 12 a.m. Friday.

The key issues include money and job security, says Unifor, the union representing workers there.

Unifor has begun preparing for a possible work stoppage, said strike marshal Stephanie Dunphy.

"We're always optimistic that our bargaining committee can reach an agreement, but if, for some reason, that doesn't happen, we will be prepared for a strike," she said.

Management is after a new deal that keep costs in line and the casino competitive.

There are 2,300 unionized employees at Caesars.
