13-year-old girl victim of hit-and-run in Windsor
Girl rolled up the hood and fell to the ground, suffering minor injuries
Police in Windsor want help finding a driver who hit a 13-year-old girl on a bike, then drove off.
It happened around 2:40 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at the corner of Seminole Street and Bernard Road.
A witness says the girl landed on the hood of the vehicle, then rolled to the ground.
She suffered minor injuries to her lower back, knee and ankle.
The driver is described as a black woman, in her 30s, with black, curly hair.
She was driving a newer black vehicle with tinted windows and blue lights that flicker across the front grill.
