10 cm of snow possible for Windsor overnight
Environment Canada issues special weather statement for Windsor region
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Windsor-Essex-Leamington.
Snow is predicted to fall between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning.
Most regions from Windsor to Toronto to Kingston and Brockville may receive a few centimetres of snow by Wednesday morning rush hour.
The agency says 5-10 cm of snow is possible by the time it tapers off on Wednesday.
Environment Canada says evening and morning commuters should allow some extra time due to accumulating snow and reduced visibility in falling snow.
