Many events worth checking out this weekend:

Taste of Toronto

July 24 - July 27 Fort York

Fort York will be transformed into a foodie wonderland for four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment. 14 of the city's latest, greatest and hottest restaurants will be dishing up their finest in a bar none alfresco gourmet feast. Top that off with over 50 producers of the best food, beverages and premium brands providing a bountiful food market, and you have the best culinary festival of the year!

Peace is Possible Parade/White Noise

July 25 - July 26 Children's Peace Theatre

Children who participated in Children Peace Theatre's annual free summer art program will lead a Peace is Possible parade in Toronto's east end. The parade will start at Shoppers World on Danforth Ave at 11 AM. Children attending this event will get a chance to check out a matinee/dress rehearsal performance of White Noise, an original play looking at youth and media literacy in a digital age. A gala presentation of White Noise will take place on Saturday.

Figment Toronto

July 26 - July 27 Olympic Island

As always, the question FIGMENT asks is, "What Are You Bringing?" FIGMENT provides the space; you provide the spark. Whether you want to submit a project, volunteer at the event, or just come out to the Island to release your inner child and pARTicipate, YOU make the magic happen!
