PULP: Paper Art Party

April 25 The Great Hall

PULP: paper art party 2014 is a fundraiser designed to examine the current lifecycle of paper and investigate alternative uses. It's an evening combining installation art, live music, dancing and conversation. Inside a unique two-story space, artists will introduce guests to sustainable design through reclaimed material installations in an exciting social setting. PULP is a party, but it's about more than just partying.

Shakesbeers Shakedown

April 25 The May Bar (876 Dundas St. W)

Six theatre companies are getting together to best each other in a battle of the Bard and Beer! All proceeds go towards the companies' Julius Caesar Project, taking place in women's shelters and drop-ins around Toronto this summer.

5th Annual Blessing of the Bikes

Spring Into Parkdale Festival

April 26 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Parkdale

It's all designed to get you to re-explore, re-discover and support all that Parkdale Village has to offer. As you stroll the strip, be sure to stop by Triller Avenue, Sorauren Avenue, Cowan Avenue and Dufferin Street for free attractions.
