Freezing drizzle and snow could snarl today's morning commute

Toronto is waking up to a messy commute today as a combination of morning snow and last night's freezing rain are leaving roads slick for the drive in.

Toronto is waking up to a messy commute this morning as a combination of snow and last night's freezing rain are leaving roads slick for the drive in.

A total of five centimetres of snow is expected throughout the day. A freezing rain warning posted overnight has been lifted. The snow is expected to end this afternoon. 

Air Canada has also issued a travel advisory warning that flights to and from Pearson International and Billy Bishop airports may be delayed or cancelled as a result of the weather.
