The TTC says subway service has resumed both ways on Line 1 between Bloor and Sheppard stations.

Shuttle buses were operating following the delay, which took more than 45 minutes to clear.

Nine stations were affected by the transit shutdown.

The disruption was blamed on a personal injury at track level at Eglinton Station, officials say.
