Good morning and happy Friday!
As of 6:30 a.m. it was -4 C in Toronto, but temperatures are expected to rise to a high of 3 C today under mainly cloudy skies.
Those clouds will likely lead to rain this evening, showers that will continue throughout your weekend. On the bright side the rain does come with warmer temperatures.
Overnight temps from -2°C to -4°C across the horseshoe. Still mild tmrw but we say bye to the sun ahead of eve rain. pic.twitter.com/EkE4AS9ZxP— @JayScotland
Wet but mild weekend
By tomorrow morning it will be 6 C in Toronto, and the forecast has the temperature rising to a high of 8 C for Saturday. Unfortunately that warm weather will be accompanied by periods of rain throughout the day.
Sunday will be much of the same, rain and a high of 6 C.
Enjoy the mild weather while it lasts, next week doesn't look like it will crack a high above 0 C and flurries are in the forecast.
Stays mild thru first half of Sunday then lingering showers may change to flurries as temp falls. Next week = cold. pic.twitter.com/hipYj5BEdm— @JayScotland
