Police investigate homicide at TCH property

Toronto police say they are investigating a homicide at a Toronto Community Housing property in Rexdale after receiving a number of frantic 911 calls.
Calls came in from Arbordell Road, near Kipling Avenue and Westhumber Boulevard, at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday, Const. Victor Kwong said.
Police said the calls were jumbled with screaming and people hanging up on the dispatchers.
When police arrived, a 49-year-old man was found dead on the scene and a 39-year-old man was taken into custody and will be charged with murder. No further details have been released about either person.
It is Toronto's 11th homicide of 2013.
