The snow is expected to end by Saturday evening. (Tony Smyth/CBC)More snow fell on the Toronto area on Saturday, making getting around a little treacherous.
About five centimetres was expected to fall — half of what the city got during the first storm of the season earlier this week.
Environment Canada said in a special weather statement that the snow was expected to taper off during the afternoon or early evening.
The weather delayed a number of flights at Toronto Pearson International Airport and police are warning drivers to take the poor weather conditions into consideration — and take it easy on the roads.
