Arrest made in Toronto restaurant brawl

Police have arrested a Burlington man in connection with a brawl at a Toronto restaurant that saw a woman hit in the face with a flying dinner plate
The incident was captured on video and went viral on YouTube.
Police had said a fight broke out between people in a downtown Vietnamese restaurant around 3:30 a.m. last Saturday.
At least two videos, quickly posted to YouTube and other video websites, showed a man hurl a plate into a group of people — some of whom were wearing Halloween costumes — hitting a woman square in the face and shattering the plate into pieces.
Police said a 26-year-old woman was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Twenty-eight-year-old Aenoy Vilaysane has been charged with assault with a weapon and weapons dangerous
