Police locate man who left CAMH without permission

A man who escaped the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health has been located.
Toronto police had reported that Omar Ahmed Hassan, 24, had gone missing from the Queen Street West facility on Wednesday afternoon.
Police reported that he was located on Thursday.
