According to police, a male walked out of a building at 10 Boultbee Ave., near Blake Street, just after 10 p.m. ET and soon noticed a male suspect standing against a wall.
The suspect pulled out a handgun and fired "multiple shots," wounding the victim in the arms and legs.
Police say the suspect is a five-foot-five-inch male who was wearing a grey hoodie and grey track pants, as well as white running shoes, at the time of the shooting.
