Cable problems caused outage in northwest Toronto

Toronto Hydro says an underground cable failure is to blame for a power outage in a northwest Toronto neighbourhood this weekend.
Close to 60 customers in the Albion Road and Finch Avenue West area lost power Friday afternoon.
The utility says power was fully restored by roughly 3 p.m. Saturday.
Several buildings, including the neighbourhood's library and arena, were closed off to the public during the outage.
