A teenager was shot dead in a Toronto apartment building on Christmas Day.
Police said around 4 p.m. the unidentified victim, believed to be 18, was shot several times while he was in the fourth-floor hallway of a building at 200 Woolner Ave., near Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue West.
Police said there were several people in the area at the time, but police have not yet been able to determine if any witnessed the shooting. No suspects have been identified.
Police are asking anyone who knows anything about the shooting to come forward.
The death marks Toronto's 60th homicide of 2010.
