Toronto police investigate city's 3rd homicide

Toronto has registered its third homicide of 2010.
A 35-year-old man has been charged with allegedly beating another man to death in a basement apartment on Cameron Street, near Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue.
The body of the 43-year-old victim was found Sunday afternoon by officers responding to an assault call.
The suspect, Clayton Hill, was arrested at the scene. He has been charged with second-degree murder.
The name of the victim has not been released.
