Man charged with murder in woman's death

Spring Phillips was found dead in her downtown Toronto apartment on Saturday. (Toronto Police Service)Police have charged a man with second-degree murder in the weekend death of a woman in downtown Toronto.
Levi Samuel Aggek, 33, was wanted for second-degree murder after the body of Spring Phillips, 26, was found by police in an apartment near Wellesley Street and Sherbourne Street about 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The body had obvious signs of trauma, police said Sunday.
Aggek, who has been in Toronto for three months, was arrested at a Toronto shelter and charged later Sunday.
