Toronto police have made an arrest in the slaying of a retired dentist.

The body of 67-year-old Gerald Robert Brown was found in his home in Yorkville on Nov. 4.

On Friday, police arrested 33-year-old James Chalaturnyk and charged him with second-degree murder.

Toronto police say autopsy results show Brown died from a neck wound.

Chalaturnyk is scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday.
