Ontario has another 484 new cases of swine flu, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 2,265.

As of Tuesday, 18 people with the virus were in hospital, although the province says a number of those people have underlying medical conditions.

Most of the people who were infected with the virus have recovered.

So far, two people in Ontario have died after contracting swine flu, but both had chronic medical conditions.

The average age of patients with the illness has been 21, while the ages have ranged from less than 12 months old to 80 years old.
